We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.
2. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
3. Website Statistics
The biograf.app website and the app pages on its subdomains measure traffic through our own analytics server in the EU (Umami), without cookies: which pages are viewed, which buttons are used (for example sending the form or a link to the App Store and Google Play), where you came from, browser, system and device type, screen size, language and approximate location. Your IP address is used only to estimate your approximate location (country, region, city) and is not stored. The contents of the form are not part of the statistics. The data is not linked to your identity, is not shared with anyone and is not used to track you across websites.
4. Mobile Apps
Our apps KinoKlub and Cinemateket don't require an account. Saved screenings and settings are stored only on your device.
5. Error Reports
When an app crashes or runs into an error, it sends a technical report (error description, app and system version, device type) to our own error-tracking server in the EU (Bugsink). We use these reports only to fix bugs.
6. Anonymous Usage Statistics (Cinemateket)
The Cinemateket app sends anonymous usage statistics to our own analytics server in the EU (Umami): which screens and buttons are used (for example opening tickets, adding a screening to the calendar or saving it), search terms that returned no results, the app and system version, the phone model on Android, screen size, language and a random installation identifier that is renewed every year. Your IP address is used only to estimate the country and is not stored. The data is not linked to your identity, contains no name, e-mail or advertising identifier, is not shared with anyone and is not used to track you across apps or websites. You can turn the statistics off at any time in the app under Settings → Anonymous usage statistics.
7. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
